[Mailman-Users] Cannot complete actions on held msgs

Thank you so much.

That was exactly the problem.  The new lists were being created with
web_page_url': 'http://<DOMAIN>/mailman/ instead of
web_page_url': 'https://<DOMAIN>/mailman/

We fixed the mm_cfg.py file, ran the withlist to fix the ones that had 
already been created and it's all good now.
