Since disabled.txt and probe.txt contains

you can contact the list owner at
    %(owneraddr)s

I figured that %(owneraddr)s would be the list admin address, not the site admin address.

Why does disabled.txt and probe.txt refer %(owneraddr)s as List owner address when bounce.txt refer it as Site admin address?
