This and many other scripts are on my web site at 
<http://www.msapiro.net/scripts/> (mirrored at 
<http://fog.ccsf.cc.ca.us/~msapiro/scripts/>). They could be put in the 
contrib/ directory in the distribution tarball, but I have never done 
that so for now they are just on my sites.
