Presumably these users are unsubscribed by bounce processing. Do you
really want to keep undeliverable addresses on your list?

If so, just set the list's bounce_processing to No.

This could possibly be a DMARC issue if you have posts to your list
From: addresses at aol.com or yahoo.com. If soo, see the FAQ at
