This is a Debian packaging issue. If it were an issue with Mailman per
se instead of with the Debian package, you could report it at
<https://bugs.launchpad.net/mailman/+filebug>, but as it is a Debian
packaging issue reporting info is at
<https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting>.
