Yes, and in Postfix main.cf, add

virtual_alias_domains = yugi.us

and ensure you have hash:/var/lib/mailman/data/aliases in alias_maps and
hash:/var/lib/mailman/data/virtual-mailman in virtual_alias_maps

and in mm_cfg.py

MTA = 'Postfix'
POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS = ['yugi.us']
