Further data. The same "problem" exists with Bouncer.py using
UserNotification() instead of OwnerNotification()
To be clear, using UserNotification() , for some strange reason, sends
"owner-" notices in such a fashion that "Sender:" is set to sitelist
rather than mlist.host_name.
