There are two possibilities. One possibility is the two messages come
from separate Mailman instances, but this doesn't seem likely as it
usually results in the issue described at <https://wiki.list.org/x/8683538>.

The other possibility is Mailman's cron/checkdbs is being run twice,
possibly by two different entries in the same crontab or possibly by two
different crontabs.
