It depends what you mean by "bounce messages". If you mean actual DSNs
returned to the list-bounces address, you can do that in the MTA. If you
also want to include bounces generated by the OutgoingRunner when there
is an smtp failure on delivery from Mailman to the outgoing MTA, that is
more difficult, but they are all logged in Mailman's smtp-failure log.
