It would also probably be a good idea to add a regex to 
bounce_matching_headers that looks like this:

   subject: (Ad:|Adv:|Advertisement:)

Would have caught the Kuppler garbage, anyhow. 

But for the record, I'm personally against restricted posting under
mailman until it recognizes accounts using 'plus-addressing' as
matches to the subscriber base.  Otherwise you'd all miss my 
wonderfully exciting messages (I can just see you frozen with worry :)
