TURN=CONSUMER POWER

Almost everyone in California uses electricity, natural gas or telephones. And almost everyone would like to see lower rates for those essential services. TURN, the Utility Reform Network, is dedicated to making that happen. TURN has been advocating for California's utility consumers for more than 25 years, and has saved customers millions of dollars. This site is designed to empower consumers to demand lower rates and quality services.
