[Mailman] Fox Valley Python User Group Requesting a Python.org email list

Dear Python.org Mailing List Gods,

The Python users of the Oshkosh/Appleton area of Wisconsin are banding 
together as FoxPUG (Fox Valley Python User Group).

They would really like an email list on python.org.

They would really like if such an email list were called foxpug.

They would really like if such an email list had the following people 
for administrators:

Christian Long <christianzlong at gmail.com>
Kathleen Lynch <lynchk at uwosh.edu>
Mamadou Coulibaly <coulibal at uwosh.edu>
Chris Calloway <cbc at chriscalloway.org>

A Python boot camp was recently held at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh 
as part of the Plone Symposium Midwest. The result is about 20 Python 
enthusiasts in the area who previously did not know of each others' 
existence now want to continue to hang together. They would really like 
to do so under the banner of python.org. That would make them feel all 
warm and fuzzy inside.
