But if the HTML and the CSS are separate then Barry and the MM dev
team could concentrate on getting the code working and the design
team, which I think there are a couple of folks that have expressed
an interest, can concentrate on the web UI stuff.
As well, down the road, when someone new comes along and wants to
"freshen up" the MM interface, it's just a case of changing the HTML
templates and the CSS. All they need to know is HTML and CSS to make
those design changes.

Not all of it. I've spent the last couple of weeks trying to work out
how to change the listinfo page. It's all hard coded into the MM
source :(
