[Matplotlib-devel] plan for v1.5.1 release

Hey Folks,

I plan to cut an rc1 for mpl 1.5.1 tonight or tomorrow morning with a final
release aimed for mid-next week.  The only issue left tagged for 1.5.1
milestone

is
a text change to the main page.
