[Matplotlib-devel] v1.5.2rc1 tagged

Folks,

I have tagged a rc for 1.5.2, please check it out and kick the tires.

Once the conda-forge PR is merged I will make a wider announcement to the
user list.

If things go well the plan is to next weekend tag a 1.5.2 final and a
2.0.0b1
