Yes. I plan on removing it by hand everytime one of my students open a
PR not ready to be merged. It is going to be painful, but I don't see
any other way…
I actually think it is slightly problematic to have it added
automatically. A bunch of PRs are not ready to be merged or review,
and not many people remove the tag after reviewing if changes need to
be applied. That means most of our PRs have this tag, so it is hard to
identify the one that actually need to be reviewed.
