[Matplotlib-devel] 2016-01-16 phone call

Folks,

Sorry, got distracted writing the first email and forget to include:

 - discussed moving https://phobson.github.io/mpl-probscale/ into the
matplotlib organization
 - numFOCUS is going to participate in google summer of code again this
year, we should mentor again this summer.  A follow on email will be coming
about this.
 - suggested that I screen-capture the process of doing a release.
