Folks,

I have tagged v2.1.0rc1 !!

This release has been long in the making, thank you to the _many_ people
who worked on this (we are ~4.8k commits that are on master, but not in the
2.0.2 release).

Wheels, source, and conda-packages should be available tomorrow.
