[Matplotlib-devel] Employer support of Matplotlib work

I have an academic job, and 20% is expected to be “service”, which helping w/ matplotlib would be considered a part of. Of course I’d never get away with claiming it was the whole 20% (supposed to include internal service, and academic service), but if I were to assign 5% to it, they’d be OK w/ that.  The rest is voluntary.
