[Matplotlib-devel] Font rendering quality issues on macOS with 3.0 release

This is not a known issue.

What version did you upgrade from?

If you remove the contents of  ~/.cach/matplotlib does it fix the issue
(guessing it is a font search related issue)?

Can you include any screenshots?  Are you using any non-standard fornts?
Are you using latex?
