[Matplotlib-users] Contour plot issue

Hey guys.

I am totally new to python programming and utilizing a matplot library. I
would like to create a contour plot using matplot or seaborn library that
would resemble this one made in Origin:

  AM1_2D_PMF1.tif
<http://matplotlib.1069221.n5.nabble.com/file/n48075/AM1_2D_PMF1.tif>  

basing on the file:
pmf.xlsx <http://matplotlib.1069221.n5.nabble.com/file/n48075/pmf.xlsx>  .

To be frank, I do not have a clue how to address it, so any help will be
appreciated. I know how to make scatterplots and histograms in python,
however contourplots have utterly defeated me. Therefore I ask for any
assisstance.
