[PYTHON MATRIX-SIG] missing Numeric.py?

It doesn't mean that. If it came across like that: I'm sorry. My
diagnosis was based on an absolute minimal knowledge of the "ni"
system, and a large number of guesses, so I just don't know any more
than I stated.....
