[MATRIX-SIG] Using Fortran-LAPACK on a DEC Alpha

Has anyone succeeded in interfacing a Fortran version of LAPACK
to Python on a DEC Alpha? Whatever I do, I always get
the error message "unresolved symbols" when I import a module
that uses Fortran code, and it won't even tell me which symbols
are undefined.
