[MATRIX-SIG] A wrapper for odepack routines?

Alas, the LLNL guru who wrote LSODE (Alan Hindmarsh) hasn't (yet) become a
Pythonisto. Definitely, to do this would be a Good Thing. But as far as I
know, we haven't.
