Yes. For a well-written module this change shouldn't make a difference,
because it was always allowed to pass in an upper index that is
larger than the length of the sequence - but early versions of my
netCDF module weren't so well-written :-(

Anyone using the netCDF interface with Python 1.5 should pick up the
latest version from my Starship cabin.
