[Matrix-SIG] Win32 Python Extensions with egcs

Hello All,

My Starship cabin is now (mostly) up.  The instructions, notes, and 
tools for compiling Python extensions on Win32 with egcs are located at

I will have Win32 binaries of relevant packages (e.g. Multipack 0.7) 
up soon.

Please give me feedback if the page is incomprehensible.  :-)
