[melbourne-pug] Talks for next session

I'm putting my hand up for a short talk

"Doing python the hard way"

Getting by with windows, and without a administrator access when you would
prefer not to bother IT (again)

This is, as you my expect, borne of my current frustation, but I will try
to make it funny.
