[melbourne-pug] February session: Request for Presentations

I have a travelling salesman solver I wrote for my own amusement using
numpy and matplotlib. The python is nothing exciting right now but the
algorithm is interesting and the visualisation is nice.

A demo/tutorial on the algo and code would be suitable for either a 5
minute or 15 minute talk.
