[PYTHON META-SIG] Proposal for new SIG

'DO' has particular meaning in the world of digital libraries... that
is: 'Digital Object'... In fact that's what first comes to my mind
when I see do-sig.  I vote for dist-obj-sig...  It makes my mail
folders contain less conflicts :-)
