I'd like to keep it alive, so I'll take over as the sig champion. I
think it needs to stay open until a few more databases are compliant
with the db interface standard. (In particuular the mSQL interface
doesn't comply. I just started using it, so I might be able to work
on this some.) Also, since the sig web page is the primary hook for
getting information about the Python database interface standard it
can't just be abandoned. It would create some dead links.
I really think we need to classify the SIGs based on activity level.
Some of the dormant SIGs should be labeled as such and moved to a
separate section at the bottom of the SIG page.
