Hmm. I must have missed Michael's original email. Maybe it just went to
Guido... dunno.

In either case, that would be great if you could "take over." I find I'm
just not giving it the justice it needs/deserves and if I'm going to be
the thread-sig guy, then I'd really be doing the db-sig a disservice.

That's a great idea -- perhaps a separate section of "past sigs" could
be kept around as well, with their last known home page, archive etc.
E.g. I imagine that the archives of the recently closed pythonwin-sig
should still be accessible!
