[META-SIG] mail failed, returning to sender (fwd)

to the creation of a PLOT-SIG. If said SIG attempt to aid the furtherance
of the SIG's charter through coding and arguing and critiquing and
arguing and suggesting and arguing and haranguing and arguing and
debating and arguing and arguing. Blah blah etc. blah.
