[Microbit-Python] compiling micro:bit: repo lancaster-university/microbit-dal doesn't exist

You need to sign the NDA to get access to the lancaster DAL archives, as it
has not yet been released to the public. Talk to Nicholas Tollervy and he
can sort that out for you.
