[Moin-devel] Code freeze

Hi!

To have an even remote chance to finally get a new release out, I'll 
freeze the code after adding bero's and nick's patches. 

The only changes after that will be some minor fixes accumulated on my 
TODO, and bug fixes. During this period, translators get a chance to 
catch up, and the docs can be updated.

After 1.1, I plan to switch to a more date-driven instead of a feature-
driven release cycle (i.e. release what's there all 2-3 months).
