I'm already pretty much decided on http://svgicons.sourceforge.net/ as the 
main (default) set of icons, ALSO because icon size can become a user 
setting then.

Look at the above sf.net project, and check if you can make a SVG icon set 
including conversion to gif/png.

Please place them under MoinDev, following the established structure for 
planned features (and the skin page is already there).
