[Moin-user] Installation and new directory structure

I think there is some confusion with the url_prefix variable.  This might
only come about when you use IIS.  Let me explain.

I setup IIS such that my virtual directory points to
myInstallationDirectory\moin\wiki\

The url_prefix in moin_config.py is url_prefix = '/wiki'   but it should be
'/wiki/htdocs' given the new directory structure
