Use the HTML macro  See
http://twistedmatrix.com/users/jh.twistd/moin/moin.cgi/MacroMarket
http://twistedmatrix.com/users/jh.twistd/moin/moin.cgi/macro_2fHTML_2epy

Then you can use the macro syntax to do special html stuff moinmoin does
not do for you.
[[HTML(<center>)]]This text has to be centered[[HTML(</center>)]]

Same thing with right aligned.   Just find the syntax for that.
