Bragi,

Thanks for the instructions.  I tried it out and sure enough it works.  If I
understand it correctly your technique breaks the content into two different
web sites:  one for the scripts and data and the other for the images and
style sheets.  I guess that makes the paths coded into the application work.

I was trying to make it work under IIS using the directory structure that is
created by installing the distribution.  I think I'd like to get it to work
that way with as few modifications as possible.  I'll try to spend some time
on it and post my results or add my edits to to the wiki page you
referenced.
