Close--at least on Win2K, you should switch the backslashes to forward
slashes and add one or two more after "file:/". For files on a local drive,
you need three slashes:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/Accessories/MSPAINT.EXE
For files on a Windows server, you just need two:
file://machine/share/folder/file
