It does work, if you do it right. It has to find moin_config, and the paths 
have to be absolute or the pwd has to fit. In reality this means you first CD 
to your instance directory (where moin_config lives) and start the thing 
there.

And you have to set "httpd_docs" and the other httpd config vars.
