Maybe try the scriptalias with / without the trailing slash. See also 
the wiki page, there was some edit concerning that problem maybe.

If that doesnt help, post again. Maybe include your CGI variables for 
that request.

The wiki simply thinks that "/" is first char of pagename (and recodes 
it to _2f).
