[Moin-user] Permission denied Mandrake 9.2

Hello moin users,

I have installed moin 1.1 on a Mandrake Linux box, but repeatedly get a permission denied message when I try to get to mywiki as it says in the HelpOnInstallation page. I am running apache 2 and have made sure that my /mywiki files all belong to apache:apache. moin.cgi is pointing to the correct python path. I am able to sudo -u apache moin.cgi and get the html output, but when I try to access the in a browser I get Forbidden You don't have permission to access /mywiki/ on this server. Read and execute priveleges for user and group are set for site-packages/MoinMoin. I'm not sure where else to check. Thanks for reading this and please let me know if I'm missing any important information on the environment I'm trying to run moin on.
