[Moin-user] wierd header output.

For some reason moin is translating the structured text into headers
unreliably.  A big part of the problem seems to be the IncludePages
macro (see thisexample:
http://pc09.hist.utoronto.ca/SciTechMod/LectureTopics#preview); but I
alo seem to get unreliable results just from the plain = method (not
reproducible at the moment!).  

Even the IncludePages results are unpredictable, so for instance:
http://pc09.hist.utoronto.ca/SciTechMod/CourseLectures#preview
seems to work fine, even though the instance of IncludePates was cut
and pasted from one page into theo ther!!

I don't understand this.  thanks for your help,
