[Moin-user] Can normal users access the raw code of old page versions?

E.g. to perform manual merges when a collision has happened.

I found nothing about this in the mailing list archives and in the Moin
Wiki.

I remember that in other wikis in a page like
<http://twistedmatrix.com/users/jh.twistd/moin/moin.cgi/FrontPage?action=recall&date=1044225670>
after pressing the edit button the editor contains the code of the old page.

This could also be very helpful for reverting changed pages.
(
I found something about "action=revert" on
<https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=308482&aid=413635&group_id=8482>
"[ 413635 ] Page revert".
But it is not listed on
<http://twistedmatrix.com/users/jh.twistd/moin/moin.cgi/HelpOnActions>
and does not work.
