Just wondering how a user is suppose to get to their homepage.

Currently when a user registers, They have to manually go to 
http://server/wiki/UserName to create and view their homepage.  I thought I 
read somewhere that there is suppose to be an icon when the user logs in to 
take them to theri homepage, but I can't find that.
