[Moin-user] offline moinmoin?

Hello,
 I have been using moinmoin quite successfully to keep track of my class
notes when there is a wifi connection. Unfortunately there is not always
coverage in my classrooms. Is their any easy recommended way to run
moinmoin on my laptop and then checkin the changes to my main
installation. Is cvs up to the task? Are there any gotchas?
