vhost means to setup an alias name for the computer and then you could
write a configuration in the vhost definition for moin.
You could setup a different document root on each vhost but if the wiki
is already installed this makes problems. You could solve this by a
redirection of the page by the server. Write a simple index.html file in
the document root of the vhost.

At the moment we have some vhosts konfiguration for apache 1.3.x

Lets tell more so we could help.
