I don't know of anybody, so maybe not.

Well, if you don't find anybody, then maybe just start digging into 
MoinMoin/request.py. There is maybe anything you need for WA already 
done for twisted, cgi, fastcgi and mod_python, so you have quite some 
"sample" code.
