[Moin-user] acl configuration

I've found the problem. I have this on my moin_config.py to force users
to create an account and login before editing pages. 

class SecurityPolicy(Permissions):
    def edit(self, pagename, **kw):
       return self.request.user.valid

This is incompatible with the acls. As soon as I comment this out, the
page that I should have only read access to becomes immutable.
