[Moin-user] special characters in interwiki links

I'm struggling to represent interwiki links containing special
characters, like space or colon

I want to represent -


IMDB:Napoleon Dynamite


- or -


CPAN:Net::DPAP::Server


Of course the interwiki link is terminated by the first space or colon

I tried -


IMDB:["Napoleon Dynamite"]


- & -


CPAN:["Net::DPAP::Server"]


- to no avail

Anyone know how to represent interwiki links containing space or colon
in Moin?
